Vehicle Description
This Mustang is a nice street strip car. Never wrecked but recently painted by Expert Paint and Body in South Carolina.
This car is an original production 5.0 coupe, not a converted 4 cylinder car, nor was it a police service car. Original Tripple Black Factory 5.0 Coupe. Makes 335 Rear Wheel HP as tuned by Atlanta Chassis Dyno (without Nitrous).
Has fresh TFS headed Jim Kuntz 331/T5 combo with a spec clutch and stock aluminum bell housing and drive shaft safety loop.
Pro M mass air, MSD digital 6 ignition system and distributor.
Hogan sheet metal intake Manifold and 30lb injectors.
Bassani 1-7/8-1-3/4 step headers and 3" exhaust, Complete UPR tubular front suspension with coil overs.
9 inch ford rear-end with 410 gears.
The car has an SN95 front brake system with adjustable proportioning valve. As well as a flaming river manual rack and steering shaft.
Nice fuel system including sumped stock tank. The car has a 10 point roll cage with roof hoop, sub frame connectors and battle boxes welded in. (Not certified yet.)
UPR tubular rear control arms and race pan hard bar and Trunk mount battery.
Car has a "Full" factory black interior including 96 GT front seats, rear seats, door panels, headliner, carpet, console, working factory cluster, dark tinted (power) windows, power door locks, working dome lamp and a working heater. AC can be added back because evaporator core is still in dash and was not butchered.
Car has NOS 250HP plate system but has not and (WILL NOT) be run until YOU OWN THE CAR. The car comes with (2) 10 pound bottles.
The car has electric fans and electric water pump with a large capacity radiator. Body mods consist of new Front and rear lights Cobra Grill and 3 inch Kaenan Cowl Hood and cowl grill mounted gauges.
BBS 17X9 wheels with "Brand New" Nexon tires. Sizes are 275/40 & 255/40. This is a very nice street/strip car but it could be a real serious drag car with little left to do to get it there.
The car has never been on a timed run but properly dialed, it should be an 11.0-11.-5 car with slicks and Nitrous.
Everything is solid mounted so it is a little rigid/noisy as compared to having conventional rear control arm bushings and rubber motor mounts but its not that bad.
This car is clean and really needs nothing but a new home and maybe a stereo if you keep it as a street car.
I do not want to trade the car for anything. I want to cash out of it. I have 35K in the car that I can document not counting a dime in labor. someone is going to get a great deal, but I will not give it away. What is the Buy It Now? $13,500 turn key, $9500 rolling, $8500 rolling with YOUR WHEELS AND TIRES.
